Customers may return any non-custom or personalized items within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. It is advisable to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for items over a certain value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.

It is important to note that custom and personalized orders are not eligible for refunds. This policy is in place due to the unique nature of these products, which are tailored specifically to the customer's specifications. As such, we encourage customers to carefully consider their orders before finalizing their purchase.
